Cape Buffalo

As we were about to leave the Moremi reserve in Botswana we met a huge heard of at least a thousand buffalo followed closely by two male lions. It was quite a stand-off which the buffalo won, albeit on a temporary basis. This photo was taken by my friend Tom who took this photo in South Africa. After seeing so many buffalo thought this was appropriate, with all the dust I felt like cooling down in a pool.
